Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Product Analyst to drive data, technology, and process solutions that enable Sales, Order Entry and Sales ecosystem interfaces. You will translate commercial needs into actionable product requirements, manage a value-driven backlog, and lead end-to-end delivery using agile practices.

This hybrid role blends collaboration with Danone leaders across White Plains, NY and Louisville, CO, with in-office presence required at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT for Sales Tools, Operations and SAP SD.
• Bachelor's degree in Business IT or Computer Science related discipline is required.
• High technical skills to build functional/integration diagrams in L0-L2 levels.
• Leadership skills to work with developers and external partners.
• Business partnering: ability to analyze data and translate to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the vision of the product and its value.
• Arbitrate backlog priorities and recommend solution options.
• Evaluate solution options and manage product cost to maximize value.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery using agile methodologies.
• Define, analyze, and validate metrics to measure success.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption of Sales tools.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive impact and value.
