  • Assist with incident, problem, service request, and change request analysis by documenting impact, urgency, root cause, business justification, test evidence, and rollback considerations.
  • Monitor product performance, data flow reliability, reporting accuracy, and recurring support trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Product Scope and Business Capabilities
  • Support Revenue Growth Management capabilities across trade promotion management, promotional planning, pricing, trade investment, customer planning, financial reporting, syndicated data, and performance analytics.
  • Work with products and platforms such as Kantar Xtel, Power BI, SAP, Snowflake, Jira, ServiceNow, syndicated data sources, data integration monitoring tools, and related RGM planning and optimization solutions.
  • Support data integration and automation initiatives, including third-party data feeds, reporting enhancements, scenario planning capabilities, and process simplification opportunities.
  • Help ensure that RGM users have accurate, timely, and reliable data to support pricing, promotion, trade investment, forecasting, and profitability decisions.
  • Apply agile ways of working, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, continuous improvement, and transparent stakeholder communication.
Impact on Business Results
  • Contribute to product outcomes by improving data reliability, reducing manual work, increasing process transparency, supporting faster issue resolution, and enabling business teams to make better pricing, promotion, trade, and planning decisions.
  • Support measurable product health indicators such as backlog readiness, sprint delivery, data quality, system reliability, reporting accuracy, incident trends, user adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
