Job summary

• Responsible for inventory supplies, furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) and other amenities in support of the operation.

• Provide welcoming manner and positive attitude; demonstrate effective communication skills; professionally interact with guests; answer guest questions concerning housing facilities; and provide information about local attractions.
• Provide assistance in handling customer complaints, involving management as necessary.
• Prepare purchase request forms/documents for approval and place orders for APF/NAF purchases.
• Maintains assigned storeroom and a minimum of 98% inventory accuracy; documents stock record cards and updates receipts and issues.
• Receives items and forwards documentation of receipt to the verifying office.
• Issues supplies and amenities to authorized staff members.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies, procedures, or other instructions relating to the specific functions assigned.
• Sound working knowledge of the structure of the local supply organization and the organizations serviced
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
• Must possess basic math and reading skills
