What You’ll Do

You’ll be the operational force behind our customer proposals. Think: part strategist, part editor, part project manager.

  • Own the end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ response process across enterprise deals
  • Build and maintain a gold-standard content library—tagged, searchable, and always up-to-date
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Legal, and Security teams to craft precise, on-brand responses
  • Use SparrowGenie (yes, our own product!) to streamline workflows and boost output
  • Standardize templates, checklists, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Track deadlines, submission statuses, and response outcomes for reporting and optimization
  • Continuously improve how we respond—because good isn’t good enough

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3–6 years of experience in proposal management, sales ops, or deal desk
  • Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong writing and editing skills—you can turn tech jargon into plain English
  • Experience with RFP tools (Loopio, RFPIO, Qvidian—or bonus: SparrowGenie!)
  • Obsessive about deadlines and detail
  • Comfort working across time zones and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously, while keeping everyone in the loop
  • Work with a product team that uses what it builds—every day
