Job summary

GMO is seeking a Marketing Reporting Associate in Boston to create client, prospect, and consultant reporting, including DDQs and RFPs, while maintaining marketing content and data across GMO’s strategies. You will collaborate across Global Client Relations, Marketing, Investment, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely communications.

You will interact with consultants and relationship managers, gaining exposure to GMO’s investment products and process-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related work experience on RFPs within investment management.
• Strong MS Excel and Microsoft applications proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with editorial and fact-checking skills.
• Solid understanding of GMO’s investment strategies and client servicing.
• Willingness to learn proprietary systems and external databases.

Responsibilities

• Produce client, consultant, and prospect DDQs and RFPs across GMO’s product line.
• Collaborate with Consultant Relations and manage content in databases.
• Provide marketing data and information to Global Relationship Managers on ad hoc requests.
• Develop understanding of GMO’s organization, strategies, philosophy, and processes.
• Ensure marketing content is current, accurate, and compliant across teams.
