Job summary

SpotDraft is seeking an organized professional to own and scale our RFP and Information Security response program. You will coordinate responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, manage timelines, and partner with product, engineering, security, and legal teams to ensure accurate, timely submissions.

You will also manage customer security questionnaires, maintain a centralized knowledge base, and drive improvements in documentation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the RFP process: coordinate responses for customer and prospect RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires; manage timelines; partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Security; produce polished documents; maintain consistency and quality.
• Own the Information Security response program: manage customer security questionnaires and vendor due diligence requests; maintain a centralized knowledge base; work with Engineering and Security to validate information; improve documentation and repeatability.
• Build and improve the program: evaluate and implement tools to improve efficiency; create scalable workflows; identify opportunities for automation, AI, and self-service; measure turnaround times and continuously improve the process; become the internal expert.
• Grow into Solutions Engineering: as the program matures, support customer discovery calls; learn the product in depth; assist with technical demonstrations; work with Solutions Engineers on engagements; develop technical product expertise.

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to own and scale our RFP (Request for Proposal) and Information Security (InfoSec) response program.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex processes, collaborating across teams, and writing clear, polished business content. You'll work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success to ensure prospects and customers receive accurate, timely, and professional responses.

What You'll Do

Own the RFP Process

• Coordinate responses for customer and prospect RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

• Manage timelines and ensure submissions are completed on schedule.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Security, and other stakeholders to gather accurate responses.

• Produce polished, professional proposal documents.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and accuracy across all submissions.

Own the Information Security Response Program

• Manage customer security questionnaires and vendor due diligence requests.

• Maintain a centralized knowledge base of approved security and compliance responses.

• Work with Engineering and Security teams to validate and update technical information.

• Help improve documentation and repeatability of the process.

Build and Improve the Program

• Evaluate and implement tools that improve efficiency.

• Create scalable workflows and documentation.

• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and self-service.

• Measure turnaround times and continuously improve the process.

• Become the internal expert on how RFP and InfoSec responses are managed.

Grow into Solutions Engineering

• As the RFP and InfoSec program becomes more efficient, your responsibilities will gradually expand into Solutions Engineering activities, including:

• Supporting customer discovery calls.

• Learning the product in depth.

• Assisting with technical demonstrations.

• Working alongside Solutions Engineers on customer engagements.

• Developing technical product expertise.

• Experience with project management, documentation, or knowledge management tools.

• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and content creation.
