Job summary

Hana Technologies Inc. in Solon, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the Quality Testing area to help ensure RFID inlays, tags, and embedded products meet quality and performance standards. You will operate testing equipment, inspect components, and document processes and quality checks.

The role is full-time on the Weekend PM Shift (7pm–7am, Sat/Sun and one weekday). Overtime may be required based on production needs; advance notice will be provided whenever possible, with a strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Follow detailed instructions and comply with safety, ESD and cleanroom protocols.
• Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
• Read and interpret manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with automated or semi-automated production equipment preferred.
• ERP systems and MS Office familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for RFID inlay, tag, and embeddable product production.
• Perform manual and automated processing and seed preparation.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Conduct quality and RF performance testing and document results.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; participate in shift changeovers.
