Job summary

Hana Technologies Inc. in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a part-time Manufacturing Operator to produce RFID inlays, tags, and embeddable products. You will operate equipment, support testing, and help ensure quality and performance.

This 2nd shift role (3:15pm–11:45pm, Mon-Fri) offers hands-on training across production areas and opportunities to grow technical knowledge while contributing to meeting daily goals. Applicants should be dependable, able to read manufacturing docs, and willing to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Basic math and computer skills; read manufacturing docs.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to shifts.
• Preferred: ERP experience and cleanroom aware.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RFID inlay, tag and embeddable production equipment.
• Set up, changeover, and adjust roll-to-roll processes.
• Support testing, inspection, measurement, and seed preparation processes.
• Keep workspaces clean and maintain equipment, meet daily output goals.
• Document processes and quality checks accurately.
• Assist with packaging, labeling and ERP data entry as needed.
