Job summary

Hana Technologies Inc. in Solon, OH seeks a Manufacturing Operator to produce RFID inlays, tags, and embedded products. You will operate equipment, perform setup, and assist testing to ensure quality and performance.

This full-time role operates on a Weekend PM Shift (7pm–7am, Sat-Sun plus one weekday). Overtime may be required. Requires a high school diploma or GED and comfort with microscopes, small tools, and ERP/MS Office. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols (ESD, cleanroom).
• Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
• Experience with microscopes and inspection equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor RFID inlay, tag, and embeddable product production equipment.
• Set up, changeovers, and adjustments for roll-to-roll processes.
• Perform manual and automated processing of components.
• Support RFID assembly processes and seed preparation equipment.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
