Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking an RFID New Product Development Engineering Intern for Summer 2027. You will support process engineers in developing new RFID technology for mass manufacturing of intelligent labels and tags, working in an office or lab setting with test systems and readers.

The role offers hands-on learning, cross‑functional exposure, and a path toward a Co‑Op into late 2027, with opportunities to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Junior standing required to join the program.
• Willing to participate in at least two semesters, including a non-summer term.
• Sponsorship is not available for this internship.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with engineers and influencing process development and customer use case decisions.
• Obtaining deep knowledge of RFID technology and its IoT relevance.
• Collaborating in a technical team to test, collect data, and generate reports.
