Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in MS or PhD in EE program.
• Strong skills in transistor-level design of mixed-signal CMOS and/or BiCMOS circuits.
• Familiar with schematic entry / layout / simulation tool flow (preferably Cadence).
• Familiar with scripting tools to support design (Bash, Python, PERL, Awk or SKILL).
• Familiarity with electromagnetic simulations such as HFSS, RF pro, EM pro, CST.

Responsibilities

• Design and simulate RF blocks at block or circuit level.
• Simulation may include circuit, electromagnetic, or high-level software simulations.
