Job summary

You will work on design and simulation of data converter circuits, learning the tools, insights, and tradeoffs used in world-class IC design. You will be mentored in a collaborative environment emphasizing teamwork, excellence, and ethical conduct, with exposure to high-speed designs and mixed-signal concepts.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a MS or PhD EE program.
• Strong skills in transistor-level design of mixed signal CMOS and/or BiCMOS circuits.
• Familiar with schematic entry / layout / simulation tool flow (preferably Cadence).
• Familiar with the use of scripting tools to support design, such as Bash, Python, PERL, Awk or SKILL.

Responsibilities

• Design and simulation of data converter circuits.
• Design may be at the block or circuit level and simulation may include circuit, EM, or high-level software simulations.
