Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inbound shipments, waste management coordination, and forklift maintenance scheduling. You will liaise with multiple departments to ensure a smooth logistics flow and support training within the Warehouse team.

Strong Math and basic computer skills are required, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Some overtime or weekend work may be necessary, and a High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.Position Title: **Warehouse Coordinator**Location: **Assembly Drive**Shift: **3rd Shift**The primary function of this position is to coordinate the scheduling of inbound shipments of components and raw materials, facilitate PCI Rockford waste management system, schedule maintenance on forklifts, and track warehouse related metrics.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.* Coordinate the scheduling of inbound shipments of components and raw materials.* Maintain the daily schedule of inbound and outbound vehicles.* Act as a liaison between the Warehouse and all other departments in matters pertaining to transportation and logistics.* Coordinate with the waste hauler for pickup of waste and recyclables. Coordinate with vendors to schedule maintenance on forklifts.* Gather and track warehouse related metrics.* Coordinate with other departments to ensure the proper segregation of recyclables.* Act as a liaison between Receiving and Planning to ensure components are received as necessary to keep with the production schedule.* Assist in the duties of \"Training\" for the Warehouse department.* Assist in writing or updating departmental work practices and company SOP's. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
