  • Optimize equipment run schedules to maximize asset utilization and output.
  • Collect and validate performance data from automation and logs to analyze throughput.
  • Interact across departments to drive execution plans.
  • Analyze factory execution entitlement using predictive modeling to improve performance.
  • Analyze and maintain large data sets.
  • Use operational data to identify trends, indicators, and predictive insights for execution decisions.
  • Analyze complex operational challenges with multiple stakeholders to find optimal solutions.
  • Identify gaps, define problems, find root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Automate data extraction and manufacturing processes.
  • Determine starts and mixes for current and future periods based on capacity and tool performance.
  • Provide short- and long-term toolsets for modules.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cycle time and capacity models.
  • Perform equipment loading studies and methods for flow optimization.
  • Interface with engineering, manufacturing, planning to release new methods and processes.
  • Estimate costs, time standards, and tooling/process needs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead line and operational performance analysis to identify output and cycle time improvement opportunities
  • Maintain capacity modeling data integrity via engineering change control monitoring and frequent communication with tool owners to ensure model readiness
  • Gather and understand information required to perform capacity analysis and production impact
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Performing capacity analysis, cost analysis and operational "what-if" analysis to support capital investment and operational decision making
  • Optimize equipment run schedule to maximize asset utilization and output
  • Collect and validate operational performance data via strong analytic methods on automation and system logs to analyze throughput impact of various process requirement
  • Effectively interact across all the different departments and groups to drive execution plans
  • Proactively analyze factory execution entitlement through utilizing predictive modeling techniques to drive operational performance
  • Analyzing and maintaining large data sets
  • Leverage operational data to identify performance trends, propose leading indicators, and provide predictive information to support execution decisions.
  • Analyze complex operational challenges involving multiple stakeholders, driving towards optimal solutions in a complex and dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Identify operational gaps, lead problem formulation, determine root cause, and implement creative and effective solutions
  • Automating data extraction and manufacturing processes
  • Determining starts and mixes that we can support for the current time period and for the future look-ahead based on our capacity, constraints, available tools, tool performance and future process releases scheduled in our factory
  • Providing a list of short-term and long-term focused toolsets for the modules to work on
  • Identifying opportunities to improve cycle time and increase our capacity models' ability to support operational decision making
  • Performing equipment loading studies and determining methods for flow linearization and reduction in variation
  • Interfacing with engineering, manufacturing, and planning/coordinating the release of new methods, flows, and processes
  • Estimating manufacturing cost, determining time standards, and making recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing process flows
