Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Texas is seeking a Yield Engineer to join our RF final test integration team supporting Starlink/Akoustis subsidiary. You will correlate wafer performance with final test results and drive improvements across probe and test operations.

The ideal candidate has RF test development and yield analysis experience, familiarity with SPC/DOE, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-mix production environment.

Qualifications

• RF testing, yield engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of RF measurement principles and DC/AC behavior.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RF test cases and calibration procedures for BAW devices in 2 GHz to >10 GHz range.
• Link wafer probe data to final RF test performance and identify yield detractors.
• Apply SPC/DOE to monitor and improve yield across the fabrication flow.
• Create and maintain SOPs and test documentation; mentor test operators.
