You will develop test procedures for BAW filters in the 2 GHz to >10 GHz range, mentor operators, and collaborate with design teams on DFM while applying SPC/DOE using Python/LabVIEW/MATLAB to improve yield and reduce cost.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 5+ years in RF testing/yield engineering in semiconductors.
  • Strong understanding of RF measurement principles and yield correlation.
  • Experience with SPC/DOE and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement RF test cases and calibration for RF final test.
  • Link wafer data to final test results to identify yield detractors and root causes.
  • Use SPC/DOE to monitor and improve yield across manufacturing flow.
  • Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability and yield improvements.
