You will inspect weld seams, log production data, assist with routine maintenance, and help train new operators. The role demands attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work steadily in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic experience or training in operating RF welding machines.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and quality control procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF welding equipment to weld life vests and related products following established methods.
• Inspect welded products for seam integrity and quality standards.
• Log machine settings, material usage, and completed welds; record defects and corrective actions.
• Perform routine cleaning, needle changes, and minor troubleshooting of RF welding machines.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and adhere to safety regulations.
• Assist in training new RF welding associates or apprentices, sharing best practices.
