Responsibilities

• Complete required training and perform the flash welding process according to work instructions and procedures.
• Lift, move, load, align, and position hardware, components, and parts for welding using approved methods.
• Follow the prescribed welding sequence and verify settings and part positioning before operating equipment.
• Monitor welding operation and report equipment concerns or quality issues to lead or quality team.
• Complete production records and maintain part identification and traceability as instructed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain an orderly work area.
• Collaborate with process lead and quality team for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Support other manufacturing duties when welding workload permits; learn CNC or automatic machinery as trained.
