Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You will use RF scanners, box shipments, stock production areas, and assist with order kitting.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment (WAV, Reach Truck, pallet jacks), maintaining ERP data, and contributing to 5S/continuous improvement efforts. Growth opportunities and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Reading & writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Must maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Previous warehouse-related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Prior experience with Oracle preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanner to pick customer orders.
• Box and prepare shipments with Shipping team.
• Replenish and put away products; assist with order kitting.
• Stock products from Production floor and cleanroom.
• Operate Vertical Lift module (VLM) to pick/put away orders.
• Operate WAV, Reach Truck, and pallet jacks.
• Navigate ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain records and follow procedures.
• Contribute to a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
