Job summary

Dover in Charlestown, IN is seeking a warehouse associate to operate RF equipment and pick-to-light systems, build and break down pallets, and move inventory with pallet jacks in a climate-controlled distribution center.

The role requires basic math, general warehouse knowledge, and the ability to work in refrigerated spaces. Training on WMS and SOPs is provided, with a focus on quality and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience or training required.
• Proficiency with RF equipment and basic warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow WMS directions using RF, pick-to-light, or computer workstations.
• Work in Receiving, Case Pick Modules, Shipping, Returns, Freezer areas.
• Pick case quantities and build pallets for extended periods.
• Pick replenishments in Refrigeration and Freezer.
• Retrieve replenishments from drop zones and deliver to pick modules.
• Operate a powered stretch-wrap machine.
• Verify inventory levels via cycle counts in WMS.
• Use pallet jack; training may include walkie-rider.
• Maintain good housekeeping per SOPs; report issues to supervisor.
• Participate in hands-on training and SOP training.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Maintain a safe work environment; report unsafe conditions.
