Job summary

Harry & David is hiring for a warehouse picker to accurately select finished gift products using an RF scanner in cold storage environments (-10° to 40°). You will input data into the WMS, palletize items, and move pallets to staging areas using a hand-jack or forklift.

The role requires basic reading and math skills, with 6+ months of distribution center experience preferred. Work involves standing 10–12 hours and working in cold conditions daily.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a distribution center.
• Basic reading and math skills (counting, matching, adding, subtracting, and multiplying) required.
• PC skills or previous inventory scanning equipment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Pick product using an RF scanner in cold storage pulling the correct SKU and quantity.
• Use RF scanner to input data into warehouse management system.
• Palletize product and move pallet to staging area using a hand-jack or forklift.
• Able to meet or exceed production standards.
• Comply with all SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards.
• Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance.
