Job summary

Winebow is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. You will unload inbound containers, receive and label products with RF devices, move stock to correct locations, and support accurate picking and staging for outbound orders.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to obtain forklift certification within 6 months, and demonstrate clear communication. Willingness to work extended daily hours and holiday schedules is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire.
• Certified forklift operator preferred.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.
• Must be able to work all holiday hours as the posted schedule requires.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallet/floor loaded inbound containers.
• Receive/label product via WMS using handheld RF equipment.
• Move product to inventory stock locations safely and accurately.
• Move product from reserve to picking locations meeting productivity standards.
• Read and apply picking labels for outbound orders.
• Move product from inventory stock locations to staging lanes or conveyor induct stations.
• Follow RF/voice-pick instructions for required quantities.
• Participate in counting of physical inventory.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Report breakage immediately to supervisor.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
