Job summary

Winebow is seeking a warehouse associate to unload inbound containers, accurately receive and label goods, and pick orders using RF devices and a WMS. The role requires forklift certification within six months, strong communication, and the ability to work extended hours including holidays.

The position involves moving product to inventory, staging, and counting physical inventory while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire; certification preferred.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work extended daily hours and all holiday hours as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and inbound containers.
• Receive/label products using WMS with handheld RF devices.
• Move products to inventory locations using RF equipment.
• Move products from reserve to picking locations meeting productivity standards.
• Read and apply picking labels to cases from stock locations.
• Move products to staging lanes or conveyors.
• Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions.
• Participate in physical inventory counts.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Report breakage to supervisor and maintain productivity/quality standards.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to manager.
• Arrive on time for shifts, meetings and related functions.
• Meet established goals and objectives.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
