Job summary

Everforth Apex in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Systems Engineer to support threat-based test and evaluation programs for national defense initiatives. You will research threat systems, model RF environments, and translate findings into realistic software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop test systems.

The role requires strong RF, radar, and EW background with hands-on experience in signal analysis and systems engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a technical field relevant to RF systems and threat engineering.
• Experience with electronic warfare, radar, RF systems, and signals analysis.
• Strong systems engineering capabilities in requirements development and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct threat research on radar, EW, and RF systems.
• Develop RF environments and signal profiles for testing and evaluation.
• Configure RF test equipment and simulation tools in secure facilities.
• Facilitate requirements gathering with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into physical architectures for moderately complex systems.
• Verify lifecycle components from definition to implementation.
• Document procedures, findings, and system performance results.
• Analyze system functionality per technical requirements.
