Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Electronics RF Test Engineer to inspect, test, and troubleshoot high-frequency assemblies using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers. You will read schematics and wiring diagrams, perform final acceptance testing, document results, and collaborate with engineers to improve methods and quality in a Lean manufacturing environment.

The role requires an Associate or Bachelor's in electronics and 3–5 years of RF testing experience, including microscopy;

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in electronics or military electronics experience.
• 3–5 years of RF testing/troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with microelectronic products under a microscope.
• Experience with RF circuitry (amplifiers, mixers, microwave assemblies).
• Skilled with oscilloscopes, signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers.
• Ability to perform basic math and communicate effectively via Teams/email.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, measure, and test products using electronic measuring equipment and a microscope.
• Interpret test schedules, manuals, and schematics to determine testing procedures.
• Perform final acceptance testing per customer specifications; record/test data.
• Analyze test results and recommend production improvements.
• Train and mentor technicians; collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
