Job summary

Spectrum Control is seeking a qualified tester to inspect, measure, and test RF devices on a manufacturing floor with microscope work. You will interpret test procedures, prepare reports, and help ensure product conformance to specifications.

The role requires 3–5 years in RF testing, electronics troubleshooting, and experience using oscilloscopes, network and spectrum analyzers. On-site work in a clean room environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field or Military Electronics Experience.
• 3-5 years in functional testing and troubleshooting of RF devices or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with microelectronic products under a microscope.
• Experience with RF circuitry (amplifiers, mixers, integrated microwave assemblies) down to component level.
• Skilled using O-scopes, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
• Able to perform visual inspections and basic math in all units.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, measure and test products using electronic measuring equipment and microscope.
• Interpret test schedules and procedures to determine testing methods and equipment.
• Perform final acceptance testing per customer specs.
• Prepare technical reports and summarize findings.
