You will tune, test, and troubleshoot down to the component level with minimal directions from supervisors or engineers, thriving in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

The role requires an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent, strong RF knowledge, waveguides, and high-voltage expertise, plus

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or military training preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a self-starting mindset to resolve technical issues independently.
• Foundational knowledge of RF components, waveguides, and high-voltage systems.
• Proficiency with standard RF and microwave test equipment (e.g. spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of technical assignments.
• Tune, test, and troubleshoot systems down to the component level.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
