Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an Electronics Technician (RF) to perform RF testing, tuning, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing of high‑power systems in a production setting.

You will support production, quality, and engineering, generate test reports, and document findings. An associate degree in Electronics or 3–5 years of relevant experience is required; experience with RF/microwave test equipment is preferred. Collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RF/microwave systems and RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF alignment, tuning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze RF performance including gain, power, frequency response, and harmonics.
• Generate test reports and document findings.
• Support root cause investigations and product reliability improvements.
