Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is hiring an RF Test Operator to set up and run tests on RF components and assemblies. You will work in a secure isolation room and must obtain a security clearance within 120 days.

The role requires mechanical skills, basic electronics knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints. You will maintain equipment, document results, and collaborate with supervisors to improve processes. This is an on-site position offering growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical/repair skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Clear written and verbal English communication required.
• Solid math skills and ability to interpret test data.
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform tuning and test on components, subassemblies and systems to ensure production quality.
• Operate in a specialized isolation room with restricted devices and strict security rules (6–8 hour shifts).
• Pass a security clearance within 120 days of employment.
• Perform specialized testing; basic electronics knowledge and test data interpretation.
• Conduct regular preventative machine maintenance and complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates; suggest procedural improvements and participate in training.
