We currently have an opening for a talented RF Test Technician at our Torrance, California location. In this full‑time hourly position, you will be part of a production team responsible for the tuning and testing of traveling wave tubes (TWTs) used in space applications. Assignments may include performing final product testing using RF sweepers, RF power meters, vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, waveguides and waveguide couplers, coaxial cables, high‑voltage power supplies up to 80 kV, thermal vacuum chambers, and vibration fixtures.
Responsibility for the set‑up, alignment tuning and testing of passive R.F. filter and multiplexing devices for space, military, and other hi‑reliability applications. You will also be responsible for the set‑up and operation of acceptance and qualification testing in strict compliance with established test procedures. You must be able to interpret electrical tuning instruction, acceptance test procedures. You will be responsible for the preparation of test data packages in accordance with established procedures as well as the accurate and timely processing of manufacturing records.
