Qualifications
- U.S. citizen required.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant professional or research experience.
- Strong background in RF/microwave/mm-wave device characterization and measurements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Wideband Test Facility operations and act as technical lead.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-frequency RF test equipment.
- Develop and execute test plans for RF systems from Ka-band to G-band; perform antenna characterization.
- Characterize RF/microwave devices and antenna arrays; support SDR integration.
- Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and industry partners on testing strategies and experiments.
- Analyze data and communicate findings through reports and publications.
- Support facility planning and continuous improvement of testing capabilities.
- Travel as needed for testing and demonstrations.
