Job summary

Teledyne Relays, a Teledyne Technologies unit, is seeking an Engineering Technician in Hawthorne, CA. You will diagnose, repair and build test/manufacturing equipment, including temperature chambers and controllers, and support RF device testing.

Responsibilities include operating vibration/shock systems, electrical testers and automatic equipment, compiling test reports, and participating in failure analysis.

Qualifications

• A.A. or B.S. degree in engineering (Electronic preferred) or equivalent technician experience.
• Knowledge of electronic circuit analysis and RF testing with a spectrum analyzer.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and build test/manufacturing equipment including temperature chambers/controllers.
• Operate and repair vibration/shock systems, electrical testers and automatic equipment.
• Assist production in testing RF devices and compile test reports.
• Perform failure analysis and communicate findings to supervisor.
• Train operators and maintain/test equipment as required.
