Job summary

Teledyne Relays, part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, is hiring for an assembly role in Hawthorne, CA. You will follow procedures for assembling and testing solid‑state relays, maintain labor logs, and perform both manual and automatic relay testing in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of assembly experience, strong eye–hand coordination, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read drawings and specifications. U.S. Person status is required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1–2 years of assembly experience is required.
  • Good eye–hand coordination and ability to use small hand tools is required.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of math are required.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (citizens, permanent residents, refugees or asylees) is required.
  • Technical training or certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Follow procedures for solid‑state relay assembly and testing.
  • Maintain labor logs and prepare reports.
  • Perform manual and automatic relay testing.
  • Use equipment for various applications and assist with moderately complex assignments.
  • Read and interpret specifications and drawings accurately.
