The role leads both test engineering and lab operations, driving automation, AI/ML diagnostics, and standardized ATE architectures while ensuring cost efficiency and strong DFT collaboration with RF Design, Systems, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RF test engineering, system validation, or ATE development.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership / people management.
• Proven hands-on experience with RF test equipment and automated test systems.

• Lead the Test Engineering and Engineering Labs organization, including team development and performance management.
