Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity located in Centennial, CO. The RF Test Engineer III will write and execute RF test procedures for satellite programs, calibrate cables, and verify power levels to protect subsystems.

The role requires hands-on S-Band/Ka-Band testing, Python/C++ scripting, and LabVIEW proficiency, with rotation across 1st–3rd shifts. Candidates should have 5+ years in RF test engineering, be willing to work onsite in Centennial, CO, and relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RF test engineering with emphasis on satellite testing.
• Hands-on RF testing experience with S-Band and Ka-Band.
• Ability to write and triage test scripts in Python; familiarity with C++.
• Strong system-level troubleshooting and anomaly resolution.
• On-site at Centennial, CO; able to work 1st-3rd shifts on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Write, develop, and execute RF test procedures and scripts.
• Calibrate RF cables and apply calibration data to verification.
• Verify power in/out levels to protect subsystems.
• Support power-on activities and troubleshoot in real time.
• Write and triage Python scripts to automate tests.
• Use LabVIEW to support test operations.
• Collaborate with test team across satellite programs.
• Support 1st-3rd shift rotations and occasional weekends.
