Job summary

MACOM designs and manufactures RF and electronic assemblies in the United States. A Production Test Technician is needed to align and test RF/electronic assemblies to released specifications and documents.

You will troubleshoot to the component level, implement test setups, calibrate equipment, and ensure units under test perform correctly. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under a microscope are essential.

Qualifications

• US Persons required due to ITAR regulations.
• 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing testing preferred.
• SAP and MS Office knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of DC measurements and ESD procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement test set-ups, perform tests, collect results, and maintain documentation.
• Construct, calibrate, adjust, test, and maintain equipment used for testing/tuning.
• Tune/Align assembly to released specification.
• Ensure correct functionality of units under test and test equipment.
• Identify discrepancies within testing.
• Maintain accurate logs and clearly explain defects.
