Job summary

Donatech Corporation in Andover, MA is seeking an RF Technician to support RF engineers and microwave design professionals. You will gather, format, and manipulate technical data, troubleshoot RF systems, and produce engineering drawings and reports for development programs.

The ideal candidate has hands-on test equipment experience (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers), basic soldering, and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience with troubleshooting RF and digital circuits.
• 3+ years experience with laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Power Supplies, and Signal Generators.
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• 3+ years experience with electrical component parameters and packaging.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Safe handing of ESD sensitive devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks and manage technical data.
• Produce engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics).
• Perform detailed calculations using established formulas and preliminary analyses of data.
• Use PC for analyses and development of documentation/reports.
• May conduct tests and record data to assist evaluation or analysis.
• May build wire harnesses to drawing specifications.
