The Skyworks Solutions Cedar Rapids design center is seeking a Winter/Spring part-time RF Technician student to join our Mobile Solutions team. In this role you will provide technician and engineering support, help with assembly, and assist with various tasks in a lab environment. We are looking for a skilled and motivated RF engineering student to contribute to industry-leading development of Power Amplifier (PAM) and Front End (FEM) module solutions for the fast paced and highly competitive cellular handset market.
Primary job responsibilities may include automated or semi-automated testing of parts, data post-processing, plotting, statistical analysis, documentation
You will support a wide variety of critical activities as part of the Design-Verification-Test (DVT) scope, including the following:
The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $29.00 - $49.00 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
