Job summary

CACI, in the United States Colorado, seeks an RF Systems Operator to join a high-speed resource management team supporting multiple missions and collaborating across diverse teams.

The role is full-time with rotating 12-hour shifts, requiring interaction with customers on- and off-site and strict adherence to procedures. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, along with DoD/DoW certifications and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Recent polygraph with TS/SCI eligibility.
  • DoD/DoW experience and training as: CTT/CTR, 1N2/1N3/1N4, 35N/35S or equivalent.
  • Prior certification in mission management disciplines, satellite operations, or SIGINT.
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation.
  • Ability to communicate with local senior management and remote personnel.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress near-real-time environment.

Responsibilities

  • This is a crew/shift position with 12-hour shifts, rotating days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Provide technical solutions to complex mission management problems.
  • Work with minimal supervision following established procedures; develop innovative solutions to mission situations.
  • Interact with multiple customers on- and off-site.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Performs activities involving mission plans, schedules, assessments and operation of mission assets.
  • Develops detailed plans for strategic planning, system collection, mission execution, and performance analysis.

The Opportunity:

Join CACI as a RF Systems Operator and work in a high speed resource management position designed to collaborate, coordinate and optimize resource capabilities across multiple missions.

Responsibilities:
  • This is a crew/shift position working 12-hour shifts with rotating days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Provide technical solutions to complex mission management problems is required
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision following established procedures and the ability to determine new solutions and innovation to mission situations is necessary
  • Must be able to interact with multiple customers, both on and off-site
  • Applicants selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • Performs activities involving the production and execution of Mission Plans, Schedules, Assessments and activities associated with operation, tasking, and tuning of mission assets
  • Develops detailed plans and procedures to provide maximum mission support in areas such as strategic planning, system collection, mission execution, and performance analysis and optimization
Qualifications:
  • Recent Polygraph with TS/SCI Eligibility
  • DoD/DoW experience and training as: CTT/CTR, 1N2/1N3/1N4, 35N/35S or equivalent***

  • Capable of working with multiple computer software applications simultaneously
  • Previous certification in mission management disciplines, satellite operations, or SIGINT experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$63,300 - 129,700 USD
