Job summary

The Narda Microwave Corporation seeks a System, Integration, and Test Engineer (Level 2) to support state-of-the-art microwave products for government and military applications. You will help transition products from engineering to manufacturing, calibrate and test sub-assemblies, and develop automated test procedures.

Reporting to the lead, you will design automated test systems, program test equipment, and ensure the testing process meets specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with relevant experience.
• 3 years of automated test engineering experience in electronics or RF systems.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW; programming in C#, C++, VBA, Python.
• Knowledge of RF test equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Distills test setup information into hardware/software platform for automated production tests.
• Creates/modifies automated test programs to evaluate product performance against specs.
• Uses oscilloscopes, signal generators, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers.
• Reviews specifications and determines test strategy to meet requirements.
• Designs multi-level automated test systems to meet requirements.
• Reviews product requirements and tests parameters for compliance.
• Programs automated tests and data reduction; debug/repair test setups as needed.
• Develops test procedures documenting end-to-end testing.
• Works with engineers on experiments using test equipment.
• Ensures adherence to engineering schedules.
