Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer with RF, EW, SATCOM, and mission systems experience to lead verification and validation across the full lifecycle. You will translate customer needs into testable requirements and support integration, test, and performance evaluation of RF-based hardware and software systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or higher, ideally in Electrical, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years in a Systems Engineering role implementing RF/satcom solutions.
• Experience translating customer requirements into testable system requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead system verification and validation across the full lifecycle.
• Oversee integration, test, and performance evaluation of RF-based hardware and software systems.
• Develop requirements traceability and verification plans for RF, SATCOM, EW, or mission systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical, operational, and customer requirements are met.
• Exposure to MBSE, secure communications, or defense systems is highly desired.
