Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL is seeking an experienced SI&T Specialist to support spacecraft integration, verification, and validation of complex RF-based systems on-site. You will set up hardware/software, perform end-to-end RF analysis, and work with systems engineering, software, quality, and operations teams.

The role requires strong RF fundamentals, experience with satellite communications, GPS, EW, and travel up to 25% for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years' experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance; ability to obtain SAP access as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end RF chain analysis to support system integration, test, troubleshooting, and verification.
• Configure and document hardware and software systems for lab, field, and customer tests.
• Lead lab testing, debugging, verification, and validation of RF and communications systems.
• Read schematics, interface control documents, and procedures to support test execution.
• Travel up to 25% monthly to customer or field locations for deliveries and training.
