Job summary

Noblis is seeking an RF Systems Engineer to support the government RF Program Manager on-site in Chantilly, VA. You will apply RF fundamentals to evaluations, budgeting, and roadmaps, coordinating with DoD, NASA, and national labs.

The role requires on-site work, TS/SCI with CI poly, and strong briefing/written communication skills. You will interact with agencies and help advance RF technologies across the R&D lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• US Citizenship is required.
• RF fundamentals and their impact on system performance.

Responsibilities

• Advise RF PM on technical aspects of the RF portfolio.
• Plan and support technology maturation throughout the R&D lifecycle.
• Plan and execute all budgetary aspects of the R&D Program.
• Guide future RF technology development strategy and roadmaps.
• Support transition of mature RF hardware to system program offices for flight development.
• Survey state-of-the-art RF technologies and provide technical recommendations.
• Drive advancement of resiliency activities/initiatives in RF technology.
• Support acquisition strategy and process.
