Job summary

Penn State University in State College, PA, seeks analytical RF engineers to join ARL’s Strategic Systems Operation Division. On-site with limited hybrid options, this role travels to sponsor and contractor sites up to two weeks at a time.

You will research, design, test, and integrate advanced wireless RF systems in a multi-disciplinary team. ARL is a DoD SkillBridge partner welcoming transitioning military members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 19+ years of relevant experience if applicable.
• Eligible for government security clearance (DoD) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Apply RF expertise to national/international programs.
• Ensure on-time completion of project tasks.
• Provide program status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, sponsors, and PI teams.
• Contribute to design, test, and integration of RF systems.
