Penn State University’s Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) seeks analytical RF engineers to join the Strategic Systems Operation Division. The role is on-site in State College, PA, with limited hybrid options and frequent travel to sponsor locations, including international sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with passive and active RF systems and RF circuit design.
• Ability to troubleshoot, measure, and analyze RF systems.
• Knowledge of RF circuit implementation and electromagnetic fundamentals.
• Willingness to travel for project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply RF expertise to programs with national or international impact.
• Ensure on-time completion of all project tasks.
• Develop and deliver clear updates on program status to Fleet-level personnel.
• Interact and collaborate with the engineering team, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary engineering integration of RF designs.
