Job summary

RTX seeks an engineer to design, develop, and test RF technology and sensor systems for multiple programs. You will work on concept development, requirements management, and IV&V support, balancing production support with engineering oversight.

The role emphasizes RF system design, signal processing, and embedded understanding, with opportunities across lab tests, deployment, and collaboration with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field by start date.
• Academic or extracurricular experience with radio, comms, or radar systems design, operation, analysis, or simulation.
• Experience communicating system design details and test results to stakeholders.
• Experience solving complex technical problems with moderate uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and allocate technical elements.
• Support system integration, testing, design verification, fault identification and resolution.
• Provide lab test/qualification engineering oversight for hardware, software, firmware.
• Support customer inquiries, field issues, and product obsolescence.
• Evaluate RF system performance across signal processing and radar subsystems.
• Balance multiple commitments with moderate supervision.
