Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of RF standards including 3GPP and IEEE 802.11.
• Experience with NI RF hardware like USRP and VST.
• Ability to design RF instrumentation systems and perform calibration.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural requirements for RF products and systems.
• Drive technical vision for Semiconductor Validation RF space.
• Work with engineering teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Consult on customer opportunities and their future needs.

Skills

Deep working knowledge of RF standards

Strong system-level understanding of NI RF hardware and software

Experience designing RF instrumentation systems

Strong software background (Python, C#, LabVIEW, MATLAB)

Advises on technical tradeoff decisions

Leads customer discussions

Assess technical feasibility

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

12+ years of experience in electronics systems

Tools

Oscilloscopes
