Job summary

Microwave Products Group in West Chester, OH, is seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and validate RF systems and subsystems that meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, and customer requirements.

You will lead architecture development, provide technical leadership within projects, and collaborate across hardware, software, firmware, and manufacturing teams to deliver innovative solutions for defense, aerospace, and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident).
• Degree: BSEE or MSEE with 10+ years of relevant RF experience.
• Experience in RF system architecture, modeling, and validation.
• Familiar with RF simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop RF system architectures, block diagrams, and subsystem specs.
• Design, simulate, and analyze RF/mixed-signal circuits and interfaces.
• Perform system-level modeling, trade studies, and performance analysis.
• Define validation and test plans for system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with RF, PCB, and Mechanical designers on layout and producibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across schematic, layout, assembly, and test.
