Job summary

3dB Labs, located in Olde West Chester, Ohio, is looking for a talented RF Systems Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will play an essential part in the design, development, and optimization of radio frequency systems supporting various communication technologies.

The perfect candidate will have a relevant degree and proven experience in RF system design and testing, as well as familiarity with RF measurement equipment. US citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in RF system design, simulation, and testing.
• Current TS/SCI preferred, minimum Secret required.
• Knowledge of electromagnetic theory, antenna design, and RF propagation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and analyze RF systems and components for various applications.
• Utilize software tools and simulations to model and optimize RF systems.
• Select appropriate RF components based on project requirements.
• Plan and conduct RF testing and measurement activities.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate RF systems into larger systems.
