HII Mission Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to support the DON CIO by shaping spectrum regulatory policy and leading the regulatory strategy at ITU WP meetings and the World Radiocommunication Conference.
You will translate system requirements into regulatory positions, draft technical and policy contributions, and perform RF analyses to inform decisions, collaborating with program offices to align mission needs with regulatory approaches.
HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to support the Department of Navy Chief Information Office (DON CIO) by driving national and international spectrum regulatory strategy. This role focuses on applying deep technical knowledge of RF systems to influence emerging rules, policies, and international regulations in ways that advance U.S. Government objectives at ITU Working Party (WP) meetings and ultimately at the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC).
Salary is based on several factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Applicants of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
